- Basic formatting check of the file. (Small print: This does not include editing. If files does not meet basic formatting, then a formatting fee starting at $60.00 p/ hr may apply.)
- Basic Conversion (file submissions in the following formats: .doc, .docx, txt, .rtf, are required.)
- Epub and mobi file supplied to client.
- For those of you that would like to put your ebooks out there for the world to discover, we will submit your converted files to a client supplied Amazon Kindle Publishing and and other online accounts. We can help you set up your online accounts. Rates to be quoted.
- PDF to eBook document (.pdf)
- InDesign to Ebook document (.indd)
- Pages document (.pages)
Some Disclaimers and words of caution and sometimes wisdom:
- Not all documents and eReaders are created equal so some formatting and funky issues may occur. This could possibly create some additional work and fees.
- Word Perfect does not always play well with others, so Word Perfect Documents may incur additional charges.
- We do not edit your writing before converting. If you need it 'professionally' edited let us know and we will pass you on to one of our 'professional' editors.

For books not in the standard formats listed above - an hourly fee may be charged of $60.00.
Working with images or graphics in an ebook
Try to keep images up to 300 pixels high. Do image resizing using an image/photo editing program. We recommend that the images be given to us in a separate file.
NOTE: Images that need converted may incur a fee.
